Cancellation Policy for Stall Holders at Tassie Makers Festivals & Artisan Markets Tasmania
1. Cancellation by Stall Holders: - Stall holders must notify Tassie Makers Festivals & Artisan Markets Tasmania of any cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to the event. - If a stall holder cancels within seven (7) days of the event, no refund of the site fee paid will be issued under any circumstances. - In special circumstances, stall holders may negotiate with the market organizers to transfer their site fee to a future market. This arrangement is subject to approval by Artisan Markets Tasmania, considering that venue costs and other expenses have already been incurred.
2. Cancellation by Tassie Makers Festivals & Artisan Markets Tasmania: - If Tassie Makers Festivals & Artisan Markets Tasmania cancels a market, stall holders will have the option of receiving a full refund of their site fee or transferring their fee to another market.
3. Cancellation due to "Act of God": - In the event that a market is canceled due to circumstances classified as an "Act of God" (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, etc.), no refunds will be issued.
Stall holders are responsible for covering any associated costs through their own insurance. This cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness to both stall holders and Tassie Makers Festivals & Artisan Markets Tasmania while recognising the financial commitments involved in organising the markets.
